Nicole and I finally went to Au Cheval in NYC since we had wanted to go while we were in Chicago, but in Chi town a little more crazy to get in. We went at early bird time so we had no problem getting seated. The burger was sooo rich and sooo delicious. I dare say the best burger in NYC I've had so far. Will not to try again to really verify this but I can't think of a better one I had which is saying a LOT.

In love w/this burger and am not sad I cannot leave my house to eat it right now. A single burger is actually a double. Perfectly cooked. Thick cut bacon. Simple but perfect
