As mentioned, pandemic = tons of baking. I made more famous carrot cake, which is the closest thing I've found to the carrot cake at Little Pie Company, even the frosting! I guess I was on a bundt cake pan kick after the rum cake, so I used the pan, which made the carrot cake look like a giant donut haha. I'm not made about it though, since it was as delicious as ever.
